3. Registration and Payment

All tournament registrations must be completed through our website or by contacting us directly. Payment is required at the time of registration unless otherwise arranged for corporate sponsors.

• Tournament Entry Package: €10 per tournament
• Premium Tournament Pass: €35 monthly
• Team Registration Bundle: €80 per team
• Streaming Promotion: €50 per month
• Coaching Session: €60 per session
• Sponsorship Partnership: from €150 per month
• Early bird discounts available for advance registration
• Bulk team discounts for multiple registrations

4. Tournament Rules and Conduct

All participants must adhere to our tournament rules and code of conduct. Violations may result in disqualification and permanent ban from future tournaments. Refunds are not provided for disqualifications due to rule violations.

• No cheating, hacking, or exploiting game mechanics
• Respectful communication with other players and staff
• No harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior
• Follow all game-specific rules and regulations
• Report any suspicious activity immediately

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Providing accurate registration information
• Ensuring stable internet connection for online tournaments
• Being available at scheduled tournament times
• Following all tournament rules and guidelines
• Paying registration fees as agreed
• Contacting us within 24 hours for any technical issues
• Maintaining appropriate gaming equipment
• Respecting other participants and staff

While we take every precaution to provide stable tournament services, Droxentra is not liable for technical issues beyond our control, including internet outages, server problems, or game-specific bugs. We maintain comprehensive backup systems and will make every effort to reschedule tournaments if technical issues occur.
